TOOLING CHARGES

TOOLING CHARGES ON ALL CUSTOMIZED PLAQUES are included when a custom plaque is requested.

Tooling Charges (pattern prep)are anywhere from $200.00 - $400.00.

There is also a $100.00 per hour art charge if the company does not supply us with black and white camera-ready art.

All orders ship UPS Ground service, Unless otherwise requested.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS USUALLY TAKE ONCE THEY ARE PLACED?

Personalized orders typically take 15 days in production, depending on the color that is being ordered. Non-Personalized orders take 7-10 days to receive.

For products that are in stock, we can overnight, 2nd day, or 3rd day your order. If you desire any specialty shipping, please contact us by email or by phone (619)575-0738 to find out rates and make arrangements.

Orders can be fulfilled from full truck loads to individually boxed drop shipments. With state-of-the-art computer systems, we can continuously provide information about orders as they are being produced, and track the status of orders once they are shipped.
